Where do you think the most expensive home for sale is located in Brooklyn? You might have guessed Park Slope or maybe Dumbo, but it’s actually on the market in Bay Ridge for $8.8 million.
The house sits on roughly half an acre, surrounded by a stone wall and full-sized pool. We don’t know how owns the home but the realtor brags that it’s a generational home that’s been in the family since 1957.
Inside the house, there are marble stairs that lead to the top floor with window views of the Verrazano Bridge. The house has 7 bedrooms and 8 baths. It also has hand-stitched cloth from Egypt & India, handmade olive branch moldings, custom Walnut wood doors & moldings, and hand-painted ceilings by Gianni de Pasquale.
Surprisingly, the house lists only 2 parking spaces. Seems tight for such an lavish and expensive home.
